Introduction

This Lenten season as we wander, reflect, and journey together, we invite you to see through the eyes of another. The images, prayers, and reflections offered on this blog will be opportunities for us to be open to God's Spirit and presence and be in conversation with our own lives.

The images, words, and prayers on this Lenten blog are a response to the prophet Isaiah's words in 58:9-10:
Then you will call and the LORD will answer, you will cry for help, and God will say, “I’m here.” If you remove the yoke from among you, the finger-pointing, the wicked speech; if you open your heart to the hungry, and provide abundantly for those who are afflicted, your light will shine in the darkness, and your gloom will be like the noon.

We invite you to consider adding your voice to this conversation. Send images, reflections, and prayers to admin@webstergroveschristian.org.

Together may we view the holy, embrace mystery, and find new revelations of God's presence during these 40 days as we share with and respond to one another.
